Entity Requirements
Arkansas physicians may form a Professional Corporation under Arkansas Code Title 4 Chapter 29 or a Professional LLC under Title 4 Chapter 32. All shareholders or members must be licensed Arkansas physicians.
Filing is with the Arkansas Secretary of State, Business and Commercial Services Division.
